Fuery Solutions provides Adventure Center with technical advice, web (LAMP) engineering, and database management. Over the past several years, we’ve worked together to build a number of differentiating technologies into Adventure Center’s web brand. Among the highlights:
- A centralized, proprietary engine that automatically authenticates against several disparate travel resources on a daily basis for retrieving and caching up-to-date itinerary and availability information. We speak XML, SQL, CSV, and even spider HTML and DOM trees so the Adventure Center team can focus on their core business. Rather than deal with the specialized minutiae, their Information Technology staff, by partnering with Fuery Solutions, has been able to focus on supporting the sales process, managing vendor relationships, and improving the bottom line.
- White label branding and affiliate programs, including tracking, management, administration, and a customized branding for travel partners.
- An end-to-end online booking system that saves every data point entered by the traveler as they go, allowing active follow-up on customers who were interested enough to begin planning a trip, but didn’t complete the transaction. This booking system, naturally, included implementation of a security certificate for end-to-end encryption, integration with two different proprietary payment systems (CyberSource and another, boutique API), and administration tools for viewing both completed and in-progress transactions.
- A transition from manually generated html pages to an almost entirely dynamic, database-driven web presence.
- A testimonial engine that accepts data from an outbound email campaign, is administrated from a secure web interface, and automatically publishes approved customer raves. Testimonials are displayed and rotated randomly based on the specific trip the customer took.
