This project was challenging because the client desired to see a number of different color options before finalizing her decision. Nailing colors down can be an extremely tricky task! We’ve seen folks spend four months picking out colors for a seasonal catalog!
The task was a 5 page website with sub pages. (For more information on pricing contact us!) But without a known color scheme or pictures our designer, Lyssette, resorted to her trusty stock image accounts and colors that she knew ran on the neutral side. BLUE! Everyone loves blue! (well almost everyone…)
We migrated from blues to Wine-ish/Fall Colors. And we narrowed the style choices to ease engineering tasks within the readily available options supported by wordpress. The mockups then evolved in this way (minus the colors because we began discussing swatches).
Then with the colors once Sarah decided on a swatch.
And the original format was finalized and after a face to face meeting Sarah decided upon this for her website…
